ment DiAtriot No* 38 of the City of Laurel, TIvntmna, pro-
viding for the payment for said improvemente and Issuing
bonds therefor. and erecting a fund to be known as, "fund
of 9peoial Improvement District No. Z-7,,"

SE,CT1014 1- That all coot and expense of MWEing the
improvements provided for in Heeolution No. / U passed

19 / entitled,"Remalutign of tention to, re a Special
stp vemont District Noo 02", for the purpose of oonstruct-
ing in vonformi.ty with the apecifleatione adopted and approved
by the City Qouncil, a five (S) foot o9norete side-walk as
more particularly met forth, described =d specified in said
Resolution, shat be paid for by the said entire Dlatrict,
each lot or parcel of land within such District bordering or
abutting upon, street or streete or avonuo or avenues, whereon
or wherein the umprovement has boon made in proportion to
the lineal feet abutting or bordering the same, exclusive of
streets, alloys and public places.
SECTION 2. That the cost and ex ense of making said
improvements s all be paid in ten (10Y 'annual installments,
=d for the entire cost and expense of said i.mprovemento,
bonds are to be dravin on the fund of said 6peoial Improve-
ment District Na. 57 and made payable exclusively from said
fund. Such bonds shall be of the denomination of One Hun-
dred Dollars {400.OO).or multiples or fractions thereof.
Such assessments shall be paid in ten (10) ?.nnual install-
ments and the patent of said annual installments of said
assessments and of said cost and expense are hereby expend
over a period of ten (10) ye:-.rs from and after the completion
of said improvements. All money derived from the collection
of said assessments by installments shall congfti.tute a fund
to be ]mown es "P=d of Special Improvement District loo. 37".
8,zm'IOD 3- .Eil.l ordinanee,s or parts of ordinances in
conflict with or inoonsistent with the terms of this ordin--
once are hereby repealed.
