ORDINANCE NO• 66,
An ordinance declaring the method of apportioning and
spre ding the assessment for the cost of improvements in
speed al Improvement District No. 35 of the City'of Laurel,
Mont na, providing for the payment for said improvements and
issu ng bonds therefore, and creating a fund to be known as
"Pun of Special Improvement District No., 35"•
BE IT ORDAINRD BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OP L UM.
SECTION 1. That all cost and a xpense of making
the mprovements provided for in Resolution No. 159 passed
and pproved on the 6th day of May, A.D. 1919, entitled,
"ROO lution of Intention to create Special Improvement Dis-
trio No. 35", for the purpose of constructing in conform-
ity ith the specifications adopted and approved,by the,City
Coun il, a five (5) foot concrete sidewalk and curb as more
part cularly set forth, described and specified in said
Rego ution, shall be paid for by the said entire District,

abut ing upon street or streets or avenues whereon or wherein

j BRCTION 2, That the cost and expense of making
