SECTION 1. That all cost and expense of making
improvements prpvided"for in Resolution No. 158 passed
approved on the 6th day of May, A.D. 1919s entitled$
solution of Intention to create Special Improvement Die-
ct No. 34", for the purpose of constructing in conform-
with the specifications adopted and approved by the City

olution, shall be paid.$or by the said entire District,

improvement has been made in proportion to the lineal

• SECTION 2. That the cost and expense of making
d 'improvements shall be paid in ten•(10) annual install-
ts, and for the entire cost and expense of said improve-
to, bonds are to be drawn on the fund of said Special
movement District No. 34 and made payable exclusively from
,d fund. Such bonds shall be of the denomination of One
idred ($100.00) Dollars or multiples or fractions thereof,
eh assessments shall be paid in ten (10) annual installments
