BE IT ORDAI= BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF li LAUFXL: C fs al p SECTION 1. That all cost and expense of making improvements prpvided"for in Resolution No. 158 passed approved on the 6th day of May, A.D. 1919s entitled$ solution of Intention to create Special Improvement Die- ct No. 34", for the purpose of constructing in conform- with the specifications adopted and approved by the City ?acil a five (5) foot concrete sidewalk and curb'as more ticu2arly set forth$ described and specified in said olution, shall be paid.$or by the said entire District, h lot or parcel of, land within such District bordering or tting upon street or streets or avenues whereon or wherein improvement has been made in proportion to the lineal t abutting or bordering the same exclusive of streets, eye and public places. • SECTION 2. That the cost and expense of making d 'improvements shall be paid in ten•(10) annual install- ts, and for the entire cost and expense of said improve- to, bonds are to be drawn on the fund of said Special movement District No. 34 and made payable exclusively from ,d fund.
