An: OrdinanQe doelwring the- amathod of apportioning and
Oprea,ding the assessment for the cost of improvements in
Special Improvement pistrict No, 33 of the City of Laurel,
VAntana, providing for the payment of said improvements and
?$suing bonds therefore, and creating a fund to be known as
0.0und of Special Improvement District No. 33".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL 03' THE CITY
O$ LAUREL:
SECTION 1. That all cost.and expense of making
too improvements provided for in Resolution No. 157 passed
std approved on the 6th day of May, A.D. 1919, entitled,
"Aesolution'of Intention to create Special Improvement Dis-
tiict No. 33", for the purpose of constructing in conform-
ity with the'specifications adopted and approved by the City
(council, a five (5) foot,conorete sidewalk as more particu-
14rly set forth, described and specified in said Resolu-
tion, shall be paid for by the said entire District, each lot
or parcel of land within such District bordering or
Abutting upon street or.etreets or avenues whereon. or wherein
the improvement has been made in.proportion to the lineal
$4et abutting or bordering the same exclusive of streets,
aaleys and public places.
SECTION 2. That the cost and expense of making
said improvements shall be paid in ten (10) annual install-'
%onts, and for the entire cost and expense of said improve-

Improvement District No. 33 and made payable exclusively from
said fund. Such bonds shall be of the denomination of One
