An Ordinance declaring the method of apportioning and
spreading the assessment for the cost of improvements in
4ocial Improvement District No. 30 of the City of Laurel,
Montana, providing for the payment for said improvements and
issuing bonds theretbrOs and creating a fund to be known as
NPund of Special Improvement District No. 30",
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LAUREL:
SECTION 1. That all cost and expense of making
the improvements provided for in Resolution No. 151 passed
and approved on the 15th day of April, A.D. 19190 entitled,
" tsolutioa of Intention to create Spacial Improvement Dis-
tt1ot.No. 30N• for the purpose of constructing in conform-
Oy with the specifications adopted and approved by the City
Oouncil, a five (5) foot. concrete sidewalk and curb as more
PSrticularly set forth, described and specified in said
Resolution# shall be paid, for by tot said entire District,
each lot or parcel of land within such District bordering or
abutting upon street or streets or.avenues whereon or wherein
the improvement has been made in proportion to the lineal
feet abutting or bordering the same exclusive of streets,
alloys and public places.
SECTION 2. That the cost and expense of making

ments, and for the entire cost and.expense of said improve-

r District No. 30 and, mads payable exclusively from
fund. Such bands shall be of the denomination of One
#Undrsd ($100.00) Dollars or multiples or fractions thereof.
B.u.ch assessments shall be paid in ten (10) annual installments

period of ten (10) years from and after the completion of
laid improvements. All money derived from the collection of
said assessments by•installments shall constitute a fund to.be
