. An Ordinance declaring the method of apportioning and
spreading the assessment for the cost of improvements in
Special improvement District No. 29 of the City of Laurel,
Udntana" providing for the payment for said improvements and
issuing bonde'thereforeo and creating a fund.to be known as
"Fund of Special Improvement District No. 29".

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
SECTION 1. That all cost and enee of making
toe improvements provided for in Resolution No. 150 passed
axod'approved on the 15th day of April, A.D. 19199 entitled,
"Resolution of Intention to create Special Improvement Dis-
trict No. 2900'for the purpose of constructing in conform-
ity with the specifications adopted and approved by the City
Council, a five (5) foot concrete sidewalk and curb as more
particularly not forth, described and specified'in said
Resolution, shall be paid for by the said entire District,
each lot or parcel of land within such District bordering or
abuttiiig"upon street or streets or avenues whereon or wherein
the improvement has been made in proportion to the lineal
feet abutting or•bordering the same exclusive of streets,
alleys and public places.
SECTION 2. That the cost and expense of making
said improvements shall be paid in ten (10) annual install-
ments, and for the entire cost and oWnse of said improve-
ments, bonds are to be drawn on the fund of said Special
IEprovement District No. 29 and made payable exclusively from
said fund. Such bonds. shall be of. the denomination 'of One
Hundred ($100.00) Dollars or multiples or fractions thereof.
Such assessments shall be paid in ten (10) annual installments
and the payment of said annual installments of said assessments

known as "Fund of Special Improvement District No. 290.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict with or inconsistent with the terms of this ordinance
are hereby repealed.
