A Resolution Creating Special Improvement District No, ,
Designating the Boundaries Thereof as Defined by Resolution No..,
Passed by the City Council of the City of Laurel, and Referring to
said Resolution of Intention for further Particulars.
THEREAS, it appears to the satisfaction of the CitybCouncil that
Notice of the Passage of a Resolution Of Intention to create Special
Improvement District No. 1:Z1 ;L--, passed by the City Council on
April 17, 1917, has been published as required by law, and
W=,AS, it further appears to the satisfaction of the City
Council that the owners of less than fifty per cent of all the prop-
erty fronting on the proposed work or liable to assessment within
said proposed District, have protested against the creation of said
District, in the manner prescribed by law,
NOW, THLHEFORE,

Section 1; That said Special Improvement District No. -.
be and the same is hereby created.
Section 2; That the boundaries of said Special Improvement
Distriat, the property to be included therein, the improvements to be
made therein, and the manner of paying for said improvements shall be
as described in said Resolution of Intention No. reference to
which is hereby made for further particulars.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Laurel, Montana, this
J*th day of May, 1917.
