AN ORDINANCE CREATING FUND TO BE KNOWN AS "FUND OF SPECIAL
IMPROVEMENT LIGHTING DISTRICT NO. 3 CONSTRUCTION,OF THE CITY
OF LAUEEL, MONTANA."
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LAUREL;
That there be, and there hereby is, created a fund
to be known as "Special Improvement Lighting District No. 3
Construction Fund".
Section S. That all sums and amounts received from
the collection of special assessments and taxes which may be
levied upon and against the property within Special Improve-
ment Lighting District No. 3 of the City of Laurel for the pur-
pose of paying the cost and expenses of making the improvements
provided for and all sums and amounts received from the colleo-
tion of interest and penalties thereon s ball be paid into and
oredi.ted to the said Fund, and that all cash and moneys received
from the contractor to defray the costs of engineering, printing,
legal expenses and other incidental expenditures in the said
District shall likewise be paid into the said Fund.
Section 3. That all bonds and warrants issued in pay-
ment of the post and expense of making the said improvements
and in payment for the incidental expenses incurred in said Dis-
trict and all coupons attached to said bonds shall be issued and
drawn against such Fund.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in full force aid
effect from and after its passage and approval.
Passed by the Qity Council and approved by the
Mayor this l day of w. 1922.
