BN IT ORDATSM BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAUREL: Section 19 That at 7 tW o'clock P,, Y. on Tuesday the IM day of Deoambero 1494, the City Co it of the City of Laurel will ""i" seslaed bl" for the com" tion of improvements in ipeeial Improvement Lighting Diartriet Noy, 1, aaeording to the plans and specifications thereof an file and of reeord in the office of the City Clerk and City Engineer of the City of Laurel, Montana; said Improvements to consist of the erection of fifty-one (51) posts cad the Installatien and laying of Fonda: Duraseal, ainglo con- ductor,, xs ergromd cable or the equal goof, according to the plans and specifications adopted arA approved by the City C ouna i l . Said improvements to be fully eampletesd on or before June 1st, 1991. Seetiod 2,, That the City Co Mil shah,, and does, hereby reserve the risht. to reject any and all bids, Section S. That the City Clerk is bereby authorised and directed to publish notice inviting sealed bids, stating the time ebAm and the place where amid bids will be recolved by the City Coil.
