ORDINANCE NO. 531
AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE SEWER RATE FOR THE INHABITANTS
AND USERS OF LAUREL . BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF LAUREL, MONTANA:
Section 1: That effective the / 4t day of c e19581
the rates for using the City's sanitary sewer line to be billed in conjun-
tion with the water users' bill shall V p r month on all users on
the flat rate and 20% of the water users' bill on '.using meters.
Section 2: Any Ordinance or portion thereof in conflict with this
Ordinance is hereby repealed.
Section 3: An urgency and emergency for this Ordinance is hereby
declared to, and does exist and the same shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Laurel, Montana and
approved this /,7& day of August, 1958.
