ORDINANCE NO. 522
BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING A PORTION OF ORDINANCE
No. 388, AND PROVIDING FOR AN INCREASED LICENSE FEE FOR A WHOLESALER,
AND DECREASED LICENSE FEE FOR A RETAILER AS DEFINED BY THE MONTANA
BEER ACT AND REPEALING THAT PART OF ORDINANCE NO. 388, IN CONFLICT
THERETO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LAUREL, MONTANA:
That section 1 of Ordinance No. 388 is hereby amended
in so far as the same pertains to a wholesaler,, as defined by the
Montana Beer Act, to increase said license fee to the sum of One
Hundred Fifty and no/100 ($150.00) Dollars.
That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 388 is hereby amended
also in say far as the same pertains to a Retailer, as defined by the
Montana Beer Act, to decrease said license fee to the sum of One
Hundred Fifty and no/100 ($150.00) Dollars.
All portions of said Ordinance No. 388 in conflict
with this amendment are hereby repealed. All remaining portions of
said Ordinance are still in full force and effect.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Laurel,
Montana, and approved by the Mayor, this twentieth day of May, 1958.
