BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 10 OF ORDIN-
ANCE NO. 345, IN FIXING THE HOURS WHEREIN LIQUOR
SHALL BE SOLD, OFFERED FOR SALE, OR GIVEN AWAY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAUREL, MONTANA:
Section 1: That Section 10 of Ordinance No. 345 is hereby amended to
read and to be as follows:
Section 10: No liquor shall be sold, offered for sale,
or given away upon said premises licensed to sell
alcholic liquor at retail during the following hours:
(a) Sunday, from two A. M. to one P. M.
(b) On any other day between two A. M. and eight A. M.
(c) On any day of any general or primary election during
the hours the polls are open excepting bond elections
Section 2: Any Ordinance or portion thereof in conflict hereto is hereby
repealed.
Section 3: This Ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after
its passage and approval by the City Council of the City of Laurel.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Laurel this 21st day of
April, 1959, and approved.
