HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance No. 534M/ • C7 ORDINANCE N0. 534 BEING AN ORDINANCE SETTING THE SALARY FOR THE OFFICE OF CITY ATTORNEY, CITY HEALTH OFFICER AND POLICE JUDGE. REPEALING ANY ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THERETO, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAUREL, MONTANA: Section 1. That commencing with the month of July, 1959, and continuing thereaftear, the salary paid to the City Attorney of the City of Laurel shall henceforth be the sum of $150.00 per month. Section 2. That commencing with the mouth of July, 1959, and continuing thereafter, the salary paid to the City Health Officer of the City of Laurel shall henceforth be the sum of $75.00 per month. Section 3. That commencing with the month of May, 1959, and continuing thereafter, the salary paid to the Police Judge of the City of Laurel shall henceforth be the sum of $80.00 per month. That in addition, there shall be paid to the police judge the sum of $30.00 per month for office and secretarial expense in conjunction with said office* Section 4* All Ordinances or portions thereto in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby replaced. Section 5a This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect commencing with the Ist day of May, 1959.
