ORDINANCE NO. 544 , BEING AN ORDINANCE SETTING THE
RATE FOR SEWER CHARGE ON LOTS USING SAID SEWER OUTSIDE OF
THE CITY LIMITS.
OF LAUREL:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
SECTION 1. That upon the passage and approval of this Ordinance, all
lots using the said city sewer, but being outside of the city limits of the
City of Laurel, shall pay the flat charge of One Dollar and no/100 ($1.00)
per month for such sewer use.
SECTION 2.
Any ordinance or portion of an ordinance in conflict herewith is
hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. IT IS HEREBY DECLARED that an urgency and emergency
is declared to exist and this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
immediately upon its passage.
Passed and approved by the City Council of the City of
Laurel this 15th day of December, 1959.
