ORDINANCE NO.
BEING AN ORDINANCE SETTING THE SALARY OF CERTAIN
ELECTED OFFICIALS OF THE CITY OF LAUREL
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE. CITY OF LAUREL:
Section 1: That the salary for the Mayor of the City of Laurel shall be
and hereby is set at the sum of $104. 17, per month.
Section 2: That the salary for the Treasurer of the. City of Laurel
shall be and hereby is set at the sum of $325.00 per month and the same shall be
and hereby is ordered to be paid from the various funds in proportion that the saic
Treasurer shall work with the same, to be divided by the City Council from time
to time as they shall see fit.
Section 3: That the salary for each and every alderman shall be and
hereby is set at the sum of $10.00 per meeting for two meetings a month, for a
total of $20.00, per month.
Section 4: That the salary for the Police Judge of the City of Laurel
shall be and hereby is set at the sum of $80.00 per month. In addition, there
is to be paid to the Police Judge for secretarial expense the sum of $30.00 per
month.
Section 5: Each and every ordinance or provision in conflict with any
of the above and foregoing provisions is hereby repealed.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Laurel, Montana, and approv
this day of zo,? 1959.
