ORDINANCE N0. 555, BEING AN ORDINANCE REVEALING ORDINANCE NO.
513, BEING AN ORDINANCE SETTING THE PRICE FOR THE SALE OF CITY CEMETERY
TOTS AND THE DIVISION OF SUCH SALE PRICE BETWEEN THE VARIOUS FUNDS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAUREL,
MONTANA :
Section 1. That from and after the date of the passage of
this Ordinance, that all cemetery lots within the City of Laurel Cemetery
shall be sold for the sum of Ninety and no/100 ($90.00) Dollars per
regular sized lots, and the sum of One Hundred and no/lOO ($100.00)
Dollars per alley lot.
Section 2. That the purchase price of Ninety and no/100
($90.00) Dollars for the regular sized lots shall be aivided as follows:
Thirty and no/100 ($30.00) Dollars shall be for the purchase price of
the lot; Thirty-eight and 40/100 ($38.10) shall be allocated for the
preparing of the lot for perpetual care; and the sum of Twenty-one and
60/100 ($21.60) Dollars shall be allocated for perpetual care.
Section 3. That the purchase price of One Hundred and no/100
($100.00) Dollars for the alley lots shall be divided as follows:
Thirty ano no/100 ($30.00) Dollars shall be for.the purchase price of
the lot; Forty-six and no/100 ($16.00) Dollars shall be allocated for
the preparing of the lot for perpetual care; and the sum of Twenty--
Four and no/100 ($211.00) Dollars shall be allocated for perpetual care.
Section 4. Any Ordinance or portion of ordinance in conflict
herewith is hereby repealed.
Section 5. IT IS HEREBY DECLARED that an urgency and emergency
is declared to exist and this Ordinance shall be in full force and. effect
immediately upon its passage.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Laurel, Montana,
and approved by the Mayor this 20th day of June, 1961.
