July 8, 1991
A special meeting of the City Council of the
Montana, was held in the Council Chambers and called
Bob Gauthier at 5:05 p~m., on July 8, 1991 for the
awarding the bids for street materials.

COUNCIL MEMBERS ABSENT: None
The bids were opened at the July 2, 1991 City
referred to the Street and Alley Committee.

Motion by Alderman Collins to award the bid to Krug & Sons in the
amount of $ 48,875.00, seconded by Alderman Marshall. Motion carried
8--0.
COLD-LAID ASPHALTIC PLANT MIX
Motion by Alderman Collins to award the bid to Midland O'Leary in
the amount of $ 42,000.00, seconded by Alderman Graham. Motion
carried 8--0.
LIQUID ASPHALT
Motion by Alderman Collins to award the bid to Cenex in the
amount of $ 25,563.00, seconded by Alderman Kellogg. Motion carried
8--0.
Motion by Alderman Collins to enter the -nudcet/F4nance Committee
minutes of July 5, 1991, into the record, seconded by Alderman
Marshall. Motion carried 8--0.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:0~..~~~
