?resent the following action was taken by
1. Phil Nash turned in a bill in the amount of $327.50 for repair
on a curb stop at 910 10th Avenue. Upon Joe Bradley's discussion
of liability the committee recommends the City pay this bill
in the name of Phil Nash and Herman Hauck with a liability
release to be signed by all concerned parties.
2. Discussion by the Laurel-Worden Creamery on the sewer sur-charge.
Committee recommends the sewer surcharge be established with
creamery being given an extension of one-year after the plant
goes on line.
>c- 3. Committee recommends K-Decorators be given the bid for Alternate
rf'` IV and the exterior of the water reservoir. Also Rainbow Painting
Co. be given the bid for painting interior and exterior of stand-
pipe.
4. Committee recommends Council and Mayor direct Public Works Director
to have city crew flush and check all fire hydrants seasonally or
at least once a year.
5. Committee discussed the house at the sewer plant and Ed Steffan's
rental duplex water line at 516 Elm Avenue. No decision was reached
on these matters and are carried over to the next regular meeting
to.be. held May 10th at 4:30.p.m..
