PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMITTEE

A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by Albert Ehrlick
the committee: Mel Krug
I. LOUIE YOVETICH wants an adjustment on-water bill as he had a broken
water line. Committee recommends no adjustment be given. Louie
says he will pay only $5 per month.
II. WWTP CHANGE ORDER: Meter- and gas exchanger at sewer plant.
Committee recommends repairing #1--3--5 and buying a new meter
and pressure relief valve.
III. WATER SERVICE AT LOCUST: Committee recommends a public hearing
on water standpipe rate increase at the above location.
IV. PARKS The parks will be monitored through the summer to help
in metering water loss through the lines.
The next Public. Utilities meeting is Tuesday, April 30th, 5 pm, to
discuss the water plant maintenance program.
Meeting adjourned at 6:30 p.m.
