Bills approved: Public Works Department in the amount of $200 for administrative services. PUBLIC HEARING - FILE #PB85-06-MACE CONTINUED FROM 7/11/85: Cal Cumin re-introduced the zone change requested on Lots 1--3, Block 14 and Lots 5--13, Block-13, Cherry Hills-Subdivision, 2nd filing, from R7500 zone to allow R6000 zone. The owner proposes single family condominium units.. Bus Roberts suggested that only condos be allowed. Covenants would be the same format as Brandywine West in Billings. Grace Edwards asked Cal if they were proposing the same covenants as Brandywine West.. Cal responded YES. Number of units and buildings (5 buildings = 10 units). Protests refiled, one new protest from Dave & Loretta Frickel. Cal Cumin recommends approval with the provision of no home occupations on these condos. If Mace fails at living up to these restrictions he will have the future to contend with. Motion from Joe Bradley to approve, seconded by Grace Edwards, subject to restrictions listed by Cal, based upon the development as proposed, price.range as quoted, square footage, dec. of condo ownership. Motion carried 5--2. DAVID LOEWEN ANNEXATION: Mr. Loewen wants to bring into the City the piece o land by t e ditch which joins his present property at 1110 12th Street. Cal Cumin recommends approval subject to submittal of annexation report and final plat. Motion from Grace Edwards,-seconded by Bus Roberts to recommend approval subject to submittal of annexation report and final plat. Carried. M e h, r fr OTHER BUSINESS DISCUSSED: Building permits. $3,000 Coal tax land reform - we will receive $1,500. Grace Edwards talked about the overall county planning board and urges this group to join hands and work together with them. Motion from Joe.Bradley, second by Bus Roberts, to re-appoint Gerald Shay as member-at-large to June 30, 1987. Carried unanimously. Motion from Joe Bradley, second by Bus Roberts, to enter all protests into the minutes of the Mace Zone Change request. Motion carried.
