Meeting of the Laurel-Yellowstone City-County Planning Board called
to order with the following members present:
Dr. John Hawley Smith, President (City Rep.)
Grace Edwards (County Rep.)
Donald Gudgell (County Rep.)
Darrell Aaby (City Rep.)
Joe Bradley (City Rep.)
Russell Bray (County Rep.)
Roy Johnson (County Rep.)
Bob Rosselot (County Rep.)
Donna Kilpatrick (City Rep.)
Velda Thomas (City Rep.)
Members absent:
Gerald Shay, Member-at-Large, Exec. Secty
Also present:
Cal Cumin, Cumin Associates, Billings
C Minutes of previous meeting approved as sent out. Bills approved:
Public Works Department in the amount of $400 for Administrative
Services in November and December; Cumin Associates in the amount
of $3,375 for Planning Advisory Services for October, November and
December, 1986, as per agreement.
MACE REALTY - PB #86-03: This has been referred back to the Planning
Board by the Council for reconsideration.
No one present at this meeting.
NEW ZONING MAP: Cal Cumin presented the new proposed zoning map.
Motion from Grace Edwards, second by Don Gudgell, to have a public
hearing on January 8, 1987, on this new map. Passed unanimously.
Discussion of Activities Report submitted by Cal Cumin.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Laurel-Yellowstone City-
County Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday,
January 8, 1987, at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers of
City Hall, Laurel, Montana, for the purpose of reviewing the
proposed change of the Zoning,Map for the City of Laurel.
.Information concerning this.proposed change can be obtained
at the Office of the City Engineer, City Hall. Anyone wishing
to protest the proposed changes may appear at this hearing. Any
party may appear with or without counsel.
