CITY COUNCIL COMMITTEE AS A WHOLE

Bob Gauthier distributed the Mayor's Status Report dated
December 2, 1986.
The Mayor mentioned that the arbitration hearing has been post-
poned indefinitely because a tentative agreement has been reached.
Discussion regarding the landfill bid and additional insurance
for the proposed landfill contractor. We would not sell any
of our landfill equipment in case this operation does not work
out.
Bob also mentioned that it will be necessary to purchase a new
compactor if the city keeps the landfill operation.
Meeting adjourned at 6:50 p.m.
