A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken
by the Committee:
The Committee reviewed and approved several new vendors.
Approved a purchase requisition for Rob Harris- travel
expense to Fire service training school in Great Falls. Training
course on fire cause determination, $254.00.
Dave Michael made a presentation regarding the costs for
operating a transfer site and hauling garbage to Billings.
Discussion about going out for bid on a truck for hauling
containers to Billings. The Committee recommended getting
bids with a delivery date around December.
Discussion regarding the purchase and inventory of tools.
Jim reviewed the 3 phases of building the concession
stand in Thomson Park. The bids are as follows:
Phase I - concrete $ 4,552 - Earl Grainger
Phase II- brick work $ 4,285 - Bernard Pease Masonary Co.
Phase III- partition, roof, rafters, sheetrock
and finishing $ 6,285 - Merle Cherry Const.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:40 p.m.
