A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken by
the Committee:
A schedule for reviewing the 1992-93 preliminary budgets
was presented.
Discussion regarding transferring money to the Capital
Projects Fund for street equipment. The Committee recommended
transferring $26,300 from the State Gas Tax Fund and $25,000 from
the snow plowing and removal fund. Resolutions will be prepared
for the May 5th Council meeting.
Discussed Park Maintenance for ball fields in Thomson
Park. The Committee recommended paying the American Legion
$375.50 for the 1991 maintenance. They have put alot of hard
work into the maintaining of these fields.
Purchase requisitions were approved as follows:
General fund
Repair door entry - front door and
Engineer office $ 363.00
Maintenance of baseball fields 379.50
Building permit to State of Montana
for roofing fire buildings at
Riverside Park 454.00
30m water bills and print ind.icia on
5m envelopes 630.00
Sewer Fund
1" X'6001 Rodder hose for SR-1 2,210.00
Solid Waste Fund
4- Retread tires- G-1 (1990 Peterbilt
garbage truck) 400.00
