BUDGET/FINANCE COMMITTEE
JUNE 15, 1993 4:30 P.M.

Norman Orr
The Committee reviewed the loan bids for financing a Dispatch
console and furniture.
Motion by Norman Orr, seconded by Ron Marshall to accept the
financing bid from Yellowstone Bank at the rate of 6.19x. Motion
carried.
Purchase requisitions were approved as follows:
GENERAL FUND
LMC update through Ordinance No. 1075 $ 2,415.00
One Mitsumi CD Rom and 1 set of Montana
State Codes disk 400.00
WATER FUND
Operators certification annual renewal for
..9 employees. $ 300.00.
SEWER FUND
Operators certification annual renewal
for 5 employees. $ 240.00
The meeting was adjourned at 4:3.5 p.m.
