Others present: Linda Frickel, James Caniglia, Cynthia Ware
We need to keep looking at what will enhance current business. In the past, business
didn't want to enhance facades but there are new owners and we should let them go back
to see how the historic looks can tie the town together and let them know about the
incentives available and how we can make a small contribution too.
Do we make a certain dollar amount available or a percentage available for their updating
there store fagade. Sara will be providing examples and target buildings.
Soon we will be having the questionnaires filled out with face to face interviews.
1. We will ask the mayor to send a letter to each property owner
2. We will phone for an appointment
3. We will meet face to face if at all possible.
We need to look at advisor - non voting members to replace and get available/active
people.
SUMMER SCHEDULE: we will meet the 2"a and 4t" Mondays. This will be posted at
City Hall. Members are to send ideas for agendas by the Monday before the next
meeting to Shirley.
