Congratulations on receiving your RRGL grant. I will be your DNRC contact for all
matters regarding your grant.
The grant funds will be available immediately. Prior to incurring any costs that will
be reimbursed from the grant you need to enter into a grant agreement with the
Department of Natural Resources and Conservation.
To initiate the grant contract process, I will need a budget, scope of work and
implementation plan (schedule). Please also provide any match funds commitment
letters. This process could take up to three weeks to complete.
Please notify me right away if you do not plan to move forward with your grant.
If you have any questions, I can be reached at Imvolpe@mt.gov or 444-9766. 1 am
looking forward to working with you on your project.
Sincerely,
Lindsay Volpe
