April 25, 1996
5 p.m. - 6 p.m.
Attending: Gay Easton, Mayor Chuck Rodgers, Andy Loebe, Dave
Michael, Jim Flisrand.
Others: JoAnn Fox, representing the Laurel Women in
Business, Inc.
Gay moved, Andy seconded that we allow the Laurel Women In
Business, Inc. to use Fireman's Park, Friday, Aug. 23, for the 3rd
annual Awesome August Adventure, an event for children held
each year just prior to the opening of school. Motion carried.
Discussion was held concerning events planned in the park during
Aviation Day, Friday, May 3.
Applications for manager/assistant manager and head lifeguard will
be reviewed and interviews scheduled.
The meeting adjourned at 6 p.m.
