General discussion on relocating water meter remote readouts.
There is becoming more problems in obtaining access to meters and
remotes due to locked gates, large dogs, hedges, and
residents/business not accessible. The committee supports the need
to relocate remotes, and suggested a policy be prepared and
determine approximate number of problem areas at this time.
General update of Water Plant intake lines. Construction is
planned for March 11, 1996.
Respectfully submitted,

STUDENT DROP OFF- WEST SCHOOL
The project would not effect future development of 6th Street West.
However the design of the turn around is very restrictive to
traffic. Current design would not accommodate busses, fire trucks
or any vehicles larger than automobiles with any degree of safety.
The total street area planned for construction would be 240 feet by
38 feet which equals 1100 sq. yds.
