PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMITTEE
COUNCIL CHAMBERS

Earl Tufty and Dave Mosser, with Morrison Maierlel, where
present to discuss their program in developing a rate study
for the City of Laurel. And to give a brief update on the
Water Plant project.
Morrison Maierle's rate study program will identify all types
of water users and categorize them accordingly.
If the Council approves Morrison Maierle as the consultant for
the rate study, they will submit to the Public Utilities
Committee a rate structure with options for review.
