PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMITTEE
OCTOBER 16, 1995 5:30 P.M.

Chuck Dickerson
Jim Flisrand presented a Voluntary Goodwill Program from four
different cities (Missoula, Butte, Great Falls and Billings) for
the committee to review and make comments on.
Discussion.
The committee recommends additional time to review. They will vote
at the next meeting as to whether or not to pursue the Voluntary
Goodwill Program.
