MEMBERS PRESENT:
Chuck Dickerson, chairman
Bob Graham
Phil Curry
Sharon Herman
OTHERS PRESENT:
Bob Frank

Albert Ehrlick
A quorum of three (3) or more members being present the
following business was conducted;
First item of business: Bob Frank appeared before the
committee asking permission to dump waste from his septic tank
pumping truck into the sewer plant. He said that he now has
to haul this waste to the Billings plant for disposal. He stated
that he had given Dave Michael a list of cities in Montana that
allow disposal of septic sewage. After some discussion Bob
Graham recommended that this matter be given further study.
Second item of _business; Phil Curry brought up the matter
of a leak in the Bernhardt service line that serves a farm house
behind the CENEX tank farm. Phil stated that he feels that
this is the owners responsibility and that the City should bear
no cost in its repair.
