Dennis Eaton
Debbie McGrath was present complaining about the water breaks
occurring on East 4th on a regular basis in the 300 blocks.
Phil Curry stated that the pipe was put in in 1936.
Dave stated that the line needs to be replaced from E. First to
Washington.
Dennis Eaton from Water Specialties spoke to the committee on
helping us solve problems at the Water Plant.
Motion by Ron Marshall, seconded by John Minch, to form a
sub-committee to study our water problems. Motion carried.
The need for increased revenue has become evident to the committee.
