COUNCIL CHAMBERS
JULY 11, 1994
5:00 P.M.
MEMBERS PRESENT:
Ron Marshall, acting chairman Albert Ehrlick
John Minch L. D. Collins
Mel Baker
OTHERS PRESENT:
Scott Davidson Russ Lowe
A quorum of three (3) or more members being present the
following business was conducted:
First item of business• Mel Baker indicated that he wished
to resign from the committee. Motion by Albert Ehrlick, seconded
by John Minch to accept Mel Baker's resignation. Motion carried
with L D. Collins opposed.
Second item of business; Scott Davidson appeared before
the committee regarding his charges for sewer service. The
committee explained to him that since he has a new service and
does not have an established sewer average he would have to
pay the average of the previous tenants$
Third item of business; Russ Lowe representing Cenex
Refinery asked the committees permission to tap into the City's
main water line to install two fire hydrants to service the
Cenex Tank Farm. Motion by L. D. Collins, seconded by John
Minch to allow Cenex two taps into the main line providing they
pay all expenses involved. Motion carried.
Fourth item of business; John Minch mentioned that he
felt that Dennis Eaton would be a good person to be appointed
to the committee. The committee felt that this was a good idea.
Meeting adjourned at 5:35 P.M.
