PUBLIC UTILITIES MEETING
JULY 12, 1993 5:00 P.M.

Mrs. Dietz, 202 Yellowstone, would like to have her sewer averaged
because of a water leak that she had. The last two years her sewer
average was $7.90. Her sewer average is now $25.45. Discussion.
[oWc?I Motion by Bob Graham, seconded by Albert Ehrlick, to put Mrs.
rVerW90 Dietz's sewer rate at the average of $7.90. Motion carried.
7 ?0-47 Dave Michael says that we need a sewer rate in crease. The old rate
is $4.39. With a 6o increase the rate would go to $4.66. Upon a
voice vote the motion to increase the rate carried by a vote of 5
to 2 in favor. Motion carried. p4t0 0.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:30 p.m.
