PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMITTEE

A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken
by the Committee:
A copy of the list of the outstanding water, sewer and garbage bills
was given to each member, discussion followed. Albert made a motion
for the city to charge off the water portion of the bills and to send
the sewer and garbage amounts to the county to be added to the home
owners tax bill, pending council approval. Dave Michael seconded the
motion, all members present approved.
Clifford and Ellan Yuill had requested a letter of notification of the
time, date and place of this meeting so they could attend. They were
sent a letter but did not attend the meeting.
There being no further.business, the meeting was adjourned by Albert
at 5:25 p.m.
