Discussion on storm water drainage from the proposed new middle
school site on the corner of Wyoming Avenue and E. 8th Street. Due
to the already overloading of drainage on Alder Avenue alternatives
were discussed. Surface drainage above the west side of Wyoming
Avenue down to E. Main Street and the west side of Colorado Avenue
from E. 6th Street to E. 1st Street was recommended.
Motion by Ron Marshall, seconded by Gay Easton, to approve the
recommendation of surface drainage on the west side of Wyoming and
Colorado Avenues with the school absorbing the cost. Motion
