STREET AND ALLEY MEETING
FEBRUARY 17, 1994 5:30 P.M.

1) Pat Mullaney requested a culvert be installed in the ditch on
East Eleventh Street right-of-way.
Discussion. The location of the ditch is out of the City limits
and the committee recommended that Pat check with Yellowstone
County for assistance.
2) Discussion on the proposed culvert on the intersection of East
Twelfth Street and Montana Avenue. The Committee recommends that
this be put in next year's budget.
3) Discussion on irrigation ditches beside the Senior Citizens
Center. We will look into this matter to see what can be done to
level the ditch banks.
4) Discussion on the widening of South Fifth Street between
Yellowstone and Cedar Avenues. It was explained to the Committee
that the Mayor has worked out an agreement with the owner to
acquire the needed right-of-way.
Motion by Gay Easton, seconded by Ron Marshall, to authorize
the Mayor to sign the agreement. Motion carried.
5) The No-U-Turn signs will be installed on S.E. Fourth Street
and S. Washington Avenue.
6) Discussion on recycling of the chips and street sweepings to
put them back on the streets and in the alleys.
