Gay Easton
Gary Kallen was present requesting the vacating of the alley on
Track 1-B, CIS #1780. (see attached) The owner is trying to sell
the property and wants to get this matter settled.
Motion by Dave Michael, seconded by L.D. Collins, to vacate
the alley on Track 1-B, Certificate of Survey #1780. Motion
carried.
Andy brought information on a screen-all machine to screen and
• recycle chips, sand and road material. To rent the machine for a
month would run $3,500 and $1,200 per week. A screen for sand,
which would cost approximately $1,000, would also have to be
purchased. We will look into the cost of a machine. Andy
explained that Bob Schreiner, sales for Western Plains Machinery
has offered to demonstrate the machine.
Motion by Gay Easton, seconded by L.D. Collins, to have a
demonstration. Motion carried.
After a lengthy discussion about the use of the ditch as the only
irrigation on the west side of Alder Avenue, and the ditch on the
east side being part of the City storm drain system, it was decided
not to participate in the covering of the ditch.
Motion by L.D. Collins, seconded by Gay Easton, not to
participate in the covering of the ditch on the west side of Alder
by Laurel Co-op. Motion carried.

• Make the most of every screening opportunity. Now you can

OGreening plants wouldn't dare touch. With the Screen-All, you can
wade into timbers, stumps and the scrappiest refuse with no
worries about clogging or breakdowns.
• Outscreen your competition every time. Even with an eight-yard
bucket going full bore, you'll find it hard to keep up with the
Screen-All. While conventional screening plants lumber along,
break down, and eat up profits, you'll run rings around all of them
with just one man and one loader.

• Perform two screening operations at once. The quarry-tough
Screen-Afl-lets-yqu_separ-ate sized. materi.al._from-rugged riprap all
in one efficient operation. Screened material falls cleanly to the
underside of the machine while oversized rocks and boulders slide
off the front of the machine as tailings.
• There's Screen-All model for everyone. Whether you are a major
contractor laying a pipeline in Alaska, or an independent
landscaper providing topsoil and woodchips for a condo develop-
ment in Florida, there's a Screen-All sized and priced for you.

and coal without clogging; without breaking
down.
With just one man and one loader, you
