Collins Ron Marshall Gay Easton OTHERS PRESENT: Richard Legare Motion by Ron Marshall, seconded by L.D. Collins, to have the City Attorney write a letter to the owner of Village Subdivision, Ken Tolliver, to have people start removing the gravel and other objects out of the gutters. If they do not do so the City will remove it and send the bill to the owner. Motion carried. Richard Legare was present at the meeting to request that the City vacate the alley beside his house located at 1202 W. Maryland. Motion by Ron Marshall, seconded by Gay Easton, to vacate the alley beside 1202 W. Maryland provided the neighbor on the other side doesn't want it. Motion carried. A discussion was held on cleaning the screens on the intake ditch behind A & W Root Beer. The striping of the Road from First Avenue to Valley Drive has been tabled for the time being.
