STREET AND ALLEY COMMITTEE
MAY 19, 1994 5:00 P.M.

Driveway approaches must be made of concrete according to the code
book.
Motion by L.D. Collins, seconded by John Minch, to follow the
ordinance on the books. Motion carried.
Discussed ISTEA money for curb cuts for the handicapped.
Motion by Gay Easton, seconded by John Minch, to accept Dave's
proposal. Motion carried.
Motion by Gay Easton, seconded by Ron Marshall, to get the
road screen here to screen our material. Motion carried.
Motion by L.D. Collins, seconded by Andy Loebe, to have the
City Attorney write a letter to the state to find out why the
material we put on the street is considered hazardous waste.
Motion carried.
