SPECIAL STREET & ALLEY MEETING
FEBRUARY 2, 1995 5:00 P.M.

Jim Flisrand L.D. Collins
Albert Ehrlick
Jim Flisrand indicated that Kislak mortgage company sent the Wasson
plat back to the City, signed.
Cal Cumin and Joe Leckie have both been notified that the plat was
signed and they wish to review it before submitting any
recommendations.
Bob Wasson has been notified and he wishes to see the existing
agreement and have his attorney review it before he signs the plat.
Motion by Albert Ehrlick, seconded by Ron Marshall, to proceed
with the review of the plat, and if changes from the original
agreement develop, they should be brought before the Street and
Alley committee.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:40 p.m.
