STREET AND ALLEY COMMITTEE
FEBRUARY 23, 1995

following business was conducted.
First item of business;

. Second item of business; Linda Frickel met with the
committee regarding the sale of lots in the Herman subdivision.
The lot she proposes to sell is located in the two-hundred block
of 8th Ave. between 1st street and second street on the westside.
After discussion, motion made by Albert Ehrlick, seconded by
L. D. Collins to allow the sale of this property provided that
the buyer sign a "waiver" stating that he will participate in
subdivision improvements. Motion carried.
Third item of business; Jim Flisrand gave the committee
an update on the Wasson subdivision on Woodland Ave. Jim stated
that no tax payments have been received by the county, and they
would not allow the filing of a plat until they are current.
The taxes won't be paid until May 31st. Jim also reported that
he received a registered letter from Curt Blee stating that
he will not participate in street improvements as agreed to
earlier. Jim stated that he is still liable for these
improvements and no building permits will be issued unless he
does agree. Motion made by L. D. Collins, seconded by Albert
Ehrlick to have the city pay-these taxes and be reimbursed after
May 31st. Motion carried, with Lonnie Kellogg opposed.
