Street & Alley committee met for bid openings of supplies for
fiscal year 1995-96.
Cold-Asphaltic Plant Mix
Motion by Dave Michael, seconded by Albert Ehrlick, to accept
the bid from Empire Sand and Gravel. Motion carried.
Li uid-As halt
Motion by Albert Ehrlick, seconded by Dave Michael, to accept
the bid from Cenex. Motion carried.
Petroleum Products
Motion by John Minch, seconded by Andy Loebe, to accept the
bid from Laurel Co-op. Motion carried.
Street Materials
Received bid from JLT, Inc., and Empire Sand and Gravel.
Discussion.
Motion by Andy Loebe, seconded by John Minch, to have Jim
Flisrand consult with the City Attorney about the bids and bring
the information back to the city council meeting.
