STREET & ALLEY COMMITTEE
NOVEMBER 11, 1995 5:00 P.M.

1. Discussion on letter to traffic engineer with items to include
with letter:
a. Turning lanes at Main and First Avenue.
b. Signal light options.
C. Third lane on W. Main needed, from 3rd Avenue to
First Avenue.
d. Signing needed for lanes turning at First Avenue
and Main.
e. Review the option of widening under the underpass.
f. Meeting is needed with Traffic Engineer and Street
& Alley Committee.

2. Underpass agreement with the State Transportation Dept. is
agreeable with all parties and project will proceed.
3. Discussion on development of S. Woodland.
1. Albert made a motion to allow adjacent subdivision
to apply gravel, curb and gutter, and sidewalk
only. Improvements to install as they develop
lots. Motion carried.
4. CTEP monies discussion. Project is to begin next year.
5. Sidewalk needs on 8th Avenue should be reviewed.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:50 p.m.
