Discussion regarding the school's request to have the

The total cost for all sign placement, and painting of
curbs would be approximately $3000.00. Marvin Carter made
a motion and Jim seconded, that the school be required to
participate in the cost of materials and installation.
Motion carried.
Western Drug garbage pickup was the second item
discussed. Jim determined South Montana Ave., from
Western Drug south, has been vacated for a number of
years. The City garbage truck can not back down the
easement behind TGA and Western Drug, and can no longer
drive south to S.E. 4th Street. Unless easement or
right-of-way is obtained south to S.E. 4th Street,
Western Drug will have to have their garbage container
placed at a location accessible to the garbage trucks.
Gay made a motion, Marvin seconded, that until Western
Drug obtains access from S.E. 4th Street, they will need
to have their garbage container placed north of 1GA.
Motion carried.
