I Cherry Tills Lots:
Jim has an individual -interested in pure aai n_cr
city owned lots.He will develop a plan for
street,sewer,water,curb and gutter and the city will
then accept bids for the lots.
II Williams Property:
Jim has estimate of .$700 to $1200 to demolish the
buildings on the Williams property. The city crew will
a:r then haul the debris to the Billings landfill.•lhis
5_ +_should be completed in two weeks.The area will then
become temporary storage a for the complex.

III Habitat for Humanity:
This is a federal support program that uses
strictly volunteer labor to build a home for a needy
family.Jim has asked if the city can wave the building
permit fees.Jim will get with Joe Lecke and Cal
Cummins for additional information.
IV South 5th ST.
This matter will go to the street and alley
committee.
