LICENSE COMMITTEE
APRIL 28, 1994

OTHERS PRESENT: V. Joe Leckie
Greg VanBerg
Greg VanBerg asked the committee to consider allowing him to open
a business at 620 2nd Ave. . The business would buy and sell crafts
and collectibles. He stated that there would be very little traffic
since he was mostly going to display his items for collectors.
The question was asked, was or is this a similar use to the current
business under the variance granted. Joe Leckie cautioned the
committee about future businesses that may want to occupy the
building, and similar uses.
Motion by Albert Ehrlick, 2nd by Ron Marshall to approve this
license pending fire inspection and approval by the City Council.
Motion carried.
