APRIL 14, 1994 1:00 P.M.

PRESENT:
Barbara Campbell, Double Tree
Bob Graham Don Hackmann
John Berg Gay Easton
Barbara Campbell presented a proposal for a capital improvement
program.
The breakdown for the program will be in four sections:
1) Public facilities-
Water, Sewer, Solid Waste and Streets.
2) Health Care- Ambulance
and Medical Care.
3) Library- Swimming Pool,
Child Care and Senior
Citizens.
4) Recycling and Other Misc.
Programs.
The Public Facilities meeting will be a brown bag meeting at the
Council Chambers on May 12, at"Noon.
The local department heads will be notified.
Future meetings in the remaining sections will be set at a later
date.
