WATER PLANT STEERING COMMITTEE
September 14, 1995

Members Present: Dave Mosser and associate, Dave Michael, Jim Flisrand, John
(Refinery), Chuck Rodgers, Albert Ehrlick
Discussion on overall project, including construction additives. Intent of this meeting
yyas to finalize cost estimate( Copy of final estimate enclosed). Motion by Flisrand and
seconded by Ehrlick to accept Morrison and Meriele's cost estimate as presented, Motion
carried.
Steering Committee recommends the City Council accept preliminary cost estimate to
allow the development of the rate structure and design process.
